Welcome to the Qualitail B2B Platform. These Terms & Conditions govern the wholesale purchasing of FMCG products and the use of the ordering portal operated by Positive Universal Pvt Ltd.

1. B2B Account Verification

By applying for a retailer account, you confirm that you are registering a valid commercial retail establishment. Account activation requires verification of:

• GSTIN registration (GSTIN: 27AAJCP2791D1ZA for compliance checks if matching transactions) and corporate credentials.
• Valid Shop & Establishment License.
• Proof of retail address (such as Rent Agreement or Ownership files).

2. Ordering, Margins & MOQ

The platform is strictly for commercial B2B procurement:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Individual items are sold in bulk pack sizes with specific MOQs. Retailers must fulfill MOQs to submit orders.
• Pricing & Margins: Wholesale prices and catalog margins are calculated based on bulk brand catalog pricing.
• Stock Availability: Ordering is subject to stock verification and warehouse routes.

3. Payments & Delivery

All registered orders are routed as follows:

• Payment on Delivery: Retailers can pay at the time of delivery. Payments can be completed via cash or UPI at the time of product handover.
• Delivery: Shipments are delivered directly to the registered outlet address in our coverage areas (Pune/Maharashtra).

4. Corporate Information & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
