• Store Details: Store Name, Complete Outlet Address, Owner/Authorized Contact Name.
• Contact Info: Mobile Number, WhatsApp Contact, Email Address.
• KYC Documents: GSTIN and copy of GST Certificate, Shop License Certificate, ID Proof (Aadhar/PAN), Rental agreements, and outlet photography.
• Order History: B2B bulk orders, delivery addresses, dispatch details, and payment histories.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for B2B trade services, including:

• Verifying your wholesale buyer account and checking GST compliance.
• Processing bulk FMCG orders and routing fulfillment deliveries.
• Managing order transactions, payments, and order tracking.
• Sending catalog alerts, margin promotions, and seasonal rewards.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell retail business records to marketing agencies. Information is shared strictly with brand manufacturers and third-party logistics agents to fulfill orders and deliveries. We enforce data encryption, secure uploads, and regular compliance checks.
